京都の地で、本ヌメ革を使用し主にバッグや小物を制作。
ハードになりがちな革と華奢なbijou。アンティークのパーツが今とどこかを繋げてくれているようで、革に刻まれた跡にも愛着を感じます。
飽きることなく長く使い続けられ、使うほどに愛着の沸くものづくりをという視点で素材本来の風合いや雰囲気を大切に一点づつ手作業で作られています。自分好みに育てたくなる大切なものがまたひとつ。

Based in Kyoto, Atelier de LUMIÉRE creates bags and small accessories primarily using vegetable-tanned leather.
The combination of leather and delicate bijou. Antique hardware seems to bridge the past and the present, and I find myself growing fond of the marks etched into the leather.
With a focus on creating pieces that can be used for a long time without ever growing tiresome—and that grow more cherished with each use—each item is handcrafted one by one, carefully preserving the material’s natural texture and character.
