お鍋の取鉢に使いやすいサイズです

古くは奈良の時代から焼物の里として名を馳せてきた三重県の伊賀丸柱にて、豊かな自然の中、職人が手挽き轆轤を回し、一つ一つ丁寧に成形されている土楽窯の土鍋。
耐火性・耐熱性の高い伊賀の粘土を原料に、温もりが感じられる素朴で自然な風合いは、使い手の元で輝きを増し、その家の顔となります。

経年変化を楽しみながら、自分だけの土鍋に育てる楽しみを味わって下さい。

福森雅武さん
1944年、三重県伊賀市生まれ。土楽窯7代目。茶陶で評価を得たが、生活と仕事が分離したところに、美しいものは生まれないと食器づくりに邁進。料理店の注文で土鍋をつくりはじめた。

福森道歩さん
1975年、三重県伊賀市生まれ。雅武さんの四女。料理を学んだ後に大徳寺龍光院で禅の修業。2003年から土楽窯（圡楽窯・どらくがま）。現在8代目当主。自身の作陶とともに工房の仕事を取り仕切る
