木と漆の質感を大切にしながら日常使いの器やお盆など、木の個性を生かした作品を制作される吉田欣司さん。程よい厚みの手彫りの仕上げは頼もしく、黒漆と白漆を何層にも塗り重ねて磨き上げる事で表れるブルーグレーの色合いはまるで霧を纏ったように柔らかく、使うほどに愛着が湧いてきます。

1986 大阪府生まれ 
2012 ICSカレッジ・オブ・アーツ卒業 
2016 京都府亀岡市にて独立。(主にオーダー家具) 
2020〜23 県立施設にて木工指導員、里山コーディネーターとして活動 
2023 作家活動開始。 
2024.3 工房移転　亀岡市→箕面市 
現在大阪府箕面市にて制作
