京都市内と南山城村の二拠点で窯を構え、李朝時代や平安時代から鎌倉時代に作られた古陶磁に影響を受けたという吉川仁さん。時を越えて受け継がれた伝統の重みを感じます。
粉引ならではの柔らかな器、薪窯で焼かれた偶然性が生み出す表情豊かな作品をお楽しみください。

Jin Yoshikawa, who has two bases in Kyoto City and Minamiyamashiro Village, is said to have been influenced by ancient ceramics made from the Li Dynasty and the Heian period to the Kamakura period. I feel the weight of tradition passed down through time.
Please enjoy the expressive works created by the soft vessels unique to powder and the coincidence baked in a wood-burning oven.
