『Tongari Santa』

28年の時を重ねて 木の温もりに想いを込め
ひとつ、またひとつ、とんがりサンタが生まれました。
はじまりは小さな贈り物。
けれど今では、たくさんの笑顔を乗せて
遠くの誰かのもとへ旅立つ存在に。
創るたびに心が躍り 少しずつ形になっていく過程は、
まるで木の中に隠れていた物語を そっと掘り出すような時間。
そして最後にそっと描く瞳。
命が宿るその瞬間、いつも胸が高鳴ります。
今年も職人たちの確かな手と心を借りて、
ひとつひとつ丁寧に仕上げていきます。
表情も髭の流れもそれぞれ違うサンタたち。
ふと目が合ったその一体が 皆さまのクリスマスに寄り添えたなら…
それはわたしたちにとって、何よりの贈り物です。

Over 28 years, with warmth and care poured into the wood,
one by one, the Tongari Santas were born.
It began as a small gift.
But now, carrying countless smiles,
it journeys to someone far away.
Each time we create one, our hearts leap. The process of gradually shaping it
is like gently uncovering a story hidden within the wood.
And finally, the eyes are gently painted.
The moment life is breathed into them always makes my heart race.
This year too, with the skilled hands and hearts of our artisans,
each one is carefully finished.
Every Santa has a unique expression and flow to his beard.
If the one whose eyes meet yours happens to be the one who accompanies your Christmas...
That would be the greatest gift of all for us.
