東京生まれ
セツ・モードセミナー卒業
フリーランスのイラスレーター、美術制作を経て、
2007年 山口県にて、鉄に従事するアトリエを構える。

The interior of the vase has been treated with a water-repellent coating, so it can safely hold water directly.
This flower vessel, with its richly textured black rust finish, has a striking presence even when simply displayed as an object.
Its form brings a sense of harmony and refinement to any space, and the joy of watching it age and evolve with use is a pleasure in itself.
The ironwork of Motomu Oyama, cloaked in rust and beeswax, embodies the serene, wabi-sabi beauty of stillness.
Though rugged in form, its expression transforms over time, evoking the deep, silent breath of metal—as if quietly speaking through its presence.

Born in Tokyo
Graduated from Setsu Mode Seminar
After working as a freelance illustrator and in art production,
he established his ironworking studio in Yamaguchi Prefecture in 2007.
