東京生まれ
セツ・モードセミナー卒業
フリーランスのイラスレーター、美術制作を経て、
2007年 山口県にて、鉄に従事するアトリエを構える。

It can be enjoyed in various ways—used as a plate or tray, or for displaying tea utensils, decorative objects, or plants in different settings.
The ironwork of Motomu Oyama, cloaked in rust and beeswax, embodies a serene wabi-sabi beauty.
Though rugged in form, its expression transforms over time, evoking the deep, silent breath of metal—as if quietly speaking through its stillness.

After working as a freelance illustrator and in art production,
he established his ironworking studio in Yamaguchi Prefecture in 2007.
