さまざまな土地の土を自ら掘り釉薬を施し、常に新しい試みを行なっています。
土との対話に目を輝かせながら実験を繰り返し、独自の作風を築き上げる志郎さんのチャレンジ精神は多くの人々を魅了し続けています。

Shiro Shimizu, who inherits the wood-burning kiln built by his grandfather Uichi at the foot of Mt. Horai in Shiga Prefecture.

He dig the soil of various lands ourselves and apply glaze, constantly making new attempts.
Mr. Shiro's challenging spirit, which repeats experiments while his eyes shining in the dialogue with the soil and builds his own style, continues to attract many people.

1998年　京都精華大学を卒業する
2002年　祖父・清水卯一の下で制作する
2005年　父・清水保孝の下で制作する
2010年　土を掘り始める

2020年滋賀蓬莱の地にて制作
