粉引、絵唐津、斑唐津、白磁など使って育てたくなる器です。
Ruriko Shiozuru is a potter in Imari, Saga Prefecture.
Her pottery is popular among chefs, and her style is more diverse than one might imagine.
Shiozuru digs out the clay, makes the glaze herself, and fires her pottery several times a year in her climbing kiln.
Her pottery, including kohiki, ekaratsu, madara karatsu, and white porcelain, are all dishes that you will want to use and grow with.
